General description of the project: Reorienting education towards lifelong healthy habits; Nutrition knowledge including benefits of healthy eating, principles of healthy weight management through vocabulary related to food and health.
Main objectives:To obtain basic vocabulary about food and healthy meals, at the same time learn how to manage human health nutrition and principles of healthy weight management.
Activities that enable students to:
- understand and use food labels
- critically evaluate nutrition information and misinformation and commercial food advertising.
- exchange recipes from different countries
- analyze nutritional standards for school lunch
