Projektidee: Presentation of the school in general and especially schools for disadvantaged young people with no apprenticeship training positions in each country. Cause analysis for the reasons of the failure of not achieving an apprenticeship training position and introduce measures to assist and support students in search of training positions. After elaborating the advantages of each system, we search for possibilities to integrate the advantages in the own system of support for disadvantaged young students. Projektidee: We have searched for a possibility to send our full-aged trainees abroad for a work placement. The trainees in question are skilled in the technical and commercial sector respectively. What we am at with a work placement is to improve the trainees' language skills, their soft skills and of course to gain in work experience and to get to know a foreign culture. What we think of: - A stay abroad for approx. 3 - 6 weeks - Duties according to or similar to our employees' training - Insights into the foreign working world - Communication in English - A tutor for the trainee during the work placement - Accommodation: host family, if possible Of course we would be prepared to welcome young people from the partner organisation. Das erfordert eine ständige Erweiterung der eigenen Fachkompetenz und damit die kontinuierliche Weiterqualifikation von Ausbildern und Lehrkräften.Wir wollen die Möglichkeiten von Fort- und Weiterbildung in Europa nutzen. Wichtig ist uns dabei die betrieblichen Partner mit einzubeziehen, um deren Qualifikationsprofile zu kennen und Konsequenzen für eine zukunftsorientierte Facharbeiterausbildung zu ziehen. Wir wollen eine gemeinsame „europäische“ Qualifizierungsmaßnahme - Lehrkräfte der Berufsschule und Ausbilder der Betriebe – durchführen. This task requires a permanent improvement of your own technical knowledge and thus a continuous further qualification of training supervisors and our teachers. We would like to use the chances of further training and education in Europe. An important thing is to involve the partners in the companies, in order to know their qualification profiles and thus find the correct consequences for the vocational training of the skilled workers. We intend to initiate a common Europe conference for the teachers, trainers at technical colleges and the training supervisors in the companies.   mehr
